Who May Qualify
- Indiana resident with a documented developmental disability
- Enrolled in Medicaid (or eligible for enrollment)
- Assessed by the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (Behavioral Support)
- Determined to require an institutional level of care
- Interested in receiving services in a community-based setting
